If you submit the Connect form, we collect the contact details and hearing-care context you choose to provide. We also use basic analytics tools to understand page views and high-level site behavior.
How we use it
We use submitted information to review your request, follow up with you, and help point you toward a reasonable next step. Analytics information is used in aggregate to improve content, navigation, and site performance.
What we do not do
Hearstead does not sell personal information. We do not send Connect form details, hearing screen answers, or sensitive hearing-health narratives to Google Analytics. Analytics should remain limited to aggregate page behavior and non-identifying site performance signals.
