Educational use
Hearstead provides educational content, hearing-wellness tools, and concierge-style guidance. The site does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency care, or a substitute for a licensed clinician.
Hearing screen
The hearing screen is a private awareness tool. Results can be affected by headphones, device volume, room noise, and other limitations. It should not be treated as a clinical hearing evaluation or diagnostic result.
Connect requests
Connect is Hearstead's general contact channel for questions about the site, educational resources, products, and orders. Submitting a request does not create a clinician-patient relationship or provide a clinical recommendation.
Emergency or urgent symptoms
Sudden hearing loss, ear pain, drainage, dizziness, or one-sided hearing changes deserve prompt medical guidance. Do not use Hearstead for emergency care.
